What to do with the photos from your gallery
You have had your session with me. You have opened your gallery. You have cried ( maybe even your partner had a little tear !), smiled a lot and hearted all your favourites ( which was super difficult because you love them all). Now what ?
As a Newborn & Family photographer, I know how easy it is to let these beautiful images sit in your inbox or phone for weeks.
Life is full. Sleep is patchy. But your photos deserve more than screentime - they deserve to live with you. So here is what I recommend to do first.
1/ Save them and back them up in several places
I want you to hit this download button and save them onto your laptop. Then save them again on the cloud or Google drive, or a USB stick or a hard drive ( SSD drives are even better). Why is that ? because I won’t have your photos forver with me and the gallery is not a storage platform. So please be sure to save them in multiples places so you don’t lose them.
If you put one as your Whatsapp profile or your Insta profile, I am super mega flattered and you made my day !
If you share them on Instagram, please tag me, I love it.
2/ Then you want to print them
Why invest so much money in professional photos, for them to live on your laptop ? I will always tell you to print your photos, whichever product you prefer or which fits your home decor, please print them.
I will always recommend to use a professional printer. If you have invested in a photographer, please don’t go get them printed in your local Tesco or Boots. You want them printed on premium Fine Art paper, made to last over many years.
3/ Decide which products is the right one for you
Create an Heirloom album
Think of it as your baby’s first storybook — made just for them. Albums are perfect for holding the full story of your session, with thick fine art pages and soft linen or velvet covers that feel as timeless as the moments inside. This is something you can pull off the shelf for years to come... and one day, hand over to the little person in the photos.
I will design it for you, you just need to select your favourites photos in your gallery, I will handle the rest. I will send you a link to proof it and we can tweak it before sending it to the printer.
Choose Wall Art You’ll See Every Day
There’s something powerful about walking past a photo of your baby each day — not on a screen, but right there on the wall. Whether it's a framed print in the hallway or a full gallery wall in the nursery, these pieces become part of your home’s heartbeat. Printed on archival paper and framed with care, they’re made to last.
Gift Prints to Grandparents (or Yourself)
Grandparents cherish these memories just as much as you do. Acrylic blocs or accordion albums make the perfect heartfelt gift — for birthdays, holidays, or just because. And while you're at it, tuck a few into your own keepsake box for later. One day, you'll be glad you did.
Create a Keepsake Box of Loose Prints
