While I might give you some direction or games to do, most of the session revolves around enjoying the time together and be in the moment. The session will be focused on you simply being with your children : hugging them, tickling them, giving them a cuddle or chasing them. It's through doing this, that genuine memories and genuine love is captured.

You will complete your online questionnaire so I get to know you better and understand how best we can tell YOUR story.

I shoot outdoor from April to roughly November, depending on the weather of course.
Light - the best time to have your outdoor session will always be before sunset, to get this golden soft light
Days - I shoot mainly Wednesdays, Fridays and some weekends.

One hour before sunset, so it will vary depending of the month. Here are the rough starting time by month :
March 17:00 - 17:30
April 18:30 - 18:45
May 19:30 - 20:00
June 20:00 - 20:30
July 19:45 - 20:15
August 18:45 - 19:45
Sept 17:45 - 18:45
Oct 17:00 - 17:30
Nov 15:30 - 16:00

I have 2 local parks not too far from my house (Warlingham, Surrey). I will send you the details once you have booked in with me.
I love an open park with tall brown grass in summer, or a river is great too. I am always opened to try a new location if you have something in mind.
Travel fees applies for location outside of my selection, depending on distance.

You will receive a styling guide and also my pinterest board to show the vibe we are going for.
Think neutral colours, white, beige, cream, brown, dark green. During colder months, we will layer up with knitted cardigans, hats or chunky coats with boots.

My usual turn around is 2 to 3 weeks

It's better to reschedule then. Nobody wants to do a shoot with a fever or runny nose! We can reschedule once without additional fees.

I will keep a close eye on the weather the week before.
The decision to reschedule will be made based on weather forecasts and light conditions, typically 24–48 hours prior to the session. I will contact you directly, to either reschedule once free of charge, or move it indoor in my studio.
